Reaching Europe 

Ministry overview, the goals are to recruit fellow-servants to aid in the reaching of European countries with the gospel by assisting currently established missionaries. Each year's goal is to hand out 250,000 tracts and John and Romans. Establish new relationship opportunities to help not only current missionaries but lay out the path for new missionaries. Through the preaching and teaching of God's Word, knowing that it will not return void. Spreading the seed of the gospel to those who have never heard the truth. 
Prepare ye the way of the Lord,

Goals
Win souls to Christ and see churches planted. 
Through…

1. Building and maintain friendships with current missionaries. 
   1. Be a friend
   2. Be an encouragement
2. Raise awareness of the need for Men to surrender to the mission field with a strong focus on Europe. 
   1. Through obtaining meetings in churches and preaching/presenting the needs. Allowing the Holy Spirit to work. (50-75 new churches visited per year)
   2. Blogs and podcasts - youtube. Magazine to churches. 
3. Organizing teams to go to cities that are unreached and hold campaigns. Passing out John and Romans, Tracts, and such gospel related literature. Allowing the Holy Spirit to work through his Word. (3-4 teams/trips per year about 15 people each, 250k gospel tracts yearly as a goal)
   1. This is an opportunity to spread the gospel and to have others see first hand the need for laborers in the field. 
   2. Groups go to areas that current missionaries want to start churches and campaign the areas.
   3. There are hundreds of completely unreached areas and cities. 
   4. Use Facebook ads in preparation for the team's arrival to make contacts. 

1. Renting space for meetings for preaching. 
   1. Follow up with Bible studies in the weeks to follow going through the Fundamentals of Christian Living and Bible Studies. 
2. Strengthen the missionaries on the field -How can others help? (future growth opportunities)
   1. Retirement program 
      1. Talk with retired (self-funded) folks to work/live short/long term alongside the younger long term missionary. 
   2. Children's program- Teachers to work with younger kids for 1-2 years as the new missionaries get established in the field's culture and language. 
   3. Marriage relief. 
      1. Couples that go to the missionaries and allow them to spend time together while watching the kids. 
      2. A retired couple is perfect for this, or even a 2-3 week "vacation" couple could easily travel throughout Europe and spend a few days with several missionaries. 
   4. Provide conferences/get-togethers that are affordable for families to reunite with other Americans. 
   5. Weekly live prayer and fellowship times via zoom livestream. (started this already) 

1. Teens program- (future growth opportunities)
   1. Homeschool foreign exchange ministry opportunities. Missionaries would allow teens that are homeschooled to live with them for 3+ months and see and experience the mission field. This would require that they have space and are willing to oversee homeschooling. 
   2. Address the lonely child on the mission field. And other things they go through.
   3. Develop curriculum for youth groups to give the Heart of Missions. 
2. Other
   1. Educate pastors and churches on the real-life and challenges of the mission field. 
   2. Blog, videos, podcasts, magazines, interviews. 
   3. Create a means for missionaries to be adopted, not forgotten. 
   4. Reach outside of America for missionaries to Europe.
   5. Befriend and follow missionaries closely and be a friend and confidant as they go through the normal missionary ruts. Accountability in the walk with the Lord. Set up a network of men to do this. Thinking about Gorden Moore types of men. Older and wise men pastors that are retired to adopt missionaries as their Timothys.
